Director
Entrepreneurial Lisa started CreateTVT in 2014 in her bedroom, around her full-time job. Things quickly grew and she now regularly works seven-day weeks. While she finds it difficult to switch off, she is passionate about the business and its customers. A qualified graphic designer. In rare moments of downtime, Lisa enjoys eating out, following Manchester United and of course travelling to those sunny destinations.
Sales & Marketing Executive
Dani joined our sales team in October 2019. She loves socialising at the pub and tucking into her favourite food – mash. She has moved house an astonishing 19 times (and counting) and once got knocked over by a 20ft bouncy castle in Howden – it even made the TV! Don’t ask her about our database, she is currently 7 years deep and still cant use it. The common phrase Lisa uses with her is ‘user error’.
Distribution Manager
Our distribution manager Rachael is a bit of a fitness freak who considers it a bad day if she doesn’t rack up 14 miles or more. She joined the team back in 2018 and has never looked back since (95% of the time anyway). Her record is Riccall in a single day, covering 21 miles and doesn’t she let us know about it. She loves to eat out, but if she isn’t at work, you’ll find her in the gym, working it all off – or at least that’s what she tells us!
Leaflet Distributor
Jamie is our longest running employee, who joined the team back in 2016 (go Jay), he is also an avid walker who loves racking up the miles. When not coordinating our leaflet distributions, he can be found out on the town at the weekend with his mates.
Accounts – Credit Control
Dawn manages our accounts department, commonly referred to by the team as the payment chasing rottweiler, and like her daughter, Lisa, loves going out to eat. She lives in Howden and works part-time at CreateTVT.

Mitch joined the team back in 2022. An avid sports fan, when not walking the streets with our publications, he can be found watching Liverpool FC (someone has to), or staying up all hours following American Football, Basketball, Baseball – you name it.

Craig joined the team in 2023 and quickly became the first to put his hand up for extra hours. Outside of work, he’s always on the move, travelling across the UK for gigs and festivals whenever he can. At home, he keeps busy caring for his 30 pet rats, yes, really.

Justin joined the team in 2021 and has kept us intrigued ever since. A true man of mystery, he’s hard to pin down, but one thing is clear: he values time with his family, often going out for tea with his brother.
